Returns Period
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless faulty. These include, but are not limited to:

Returns Process
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal on our website. You will need your order number and email address. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
